"480 Minutes" - August In NY

Yo, how's by you?  Everything good?  Good!  Welcome to week #2 of our new adventure: BAGeL Radio in New York.  So far we've experienced a heat wave, rain, more heat, more rain, good Chinese food, excellent pizza, crappy pizza that wouldn't be good even by California standards, crappy tacos that would be politely declined on the West Coast, passable sushi, a Yankees game in the Boogie Down with dear old friends, a trip to the Super Storm Sandy-ravaged New York Aquarium at Coney Island, and  a fine fun night bike ride.  One thing is for sure: New York is not boring.

Happy Friday and welcome to another new edition of 480 Minutes, which will be live-hosted at the all-new time (zone) of 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Eastern U.S. Time.  For those in the Pacific Time Zone the show now runs from 6 a.m. until 2 p.m. Pacific Time, followed by two hours of uninterrupted music, followed by a rebroadcast of the program in it's entirety.
