A few acts and shows have been announced on the Noise Pop site.
While I can't provide a definitive list of recommended shows when less than half of the bands have been announced, I have put together a list of my probable shows (so far):
2/28-Sebadoh @ GAMH; Will Sheff @ Swedish-American Hall
3/1-nothing yet
3/2-Autolux/ Snowden/ Malajube @ The Independent (likely to be the strongest line-up of the festival)
3/3-Clinic @ The Independent
3/4-Midlake @ Bottom of the Hill
