"480 Minutes" - new Car Seat Headrest

Generally speaking, much-anticipated debut albums -- or sophomore albums that are kinda debut albums because the prior releases were self-released, bedroom-recorded, or in some other way dismissible as "not the actual debut" -- tend to be disappointing.  That is not the case with the new Car Seat Headrest record, Teens of Denial -- it is a stormer, and a slow burner, and most excellent.  There are a few songs that could be edited for length, but even still, excellent. Likely the album of the year (so far) here at BAGeL Radio.

Tune in to BAGeL Radio on Fridays from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern U.S. Time for the live-hosted, award-winning  480 Minutes program which puts a spotlight on our newest playlist additions.  The show is rebroadcast Friday evenings beginning at 7 p.m., Saturdays at 5 a.m. and 3 p.m., and Sundays at 1 a.m. ET.

Today's show will include new tunes by the aforementioned Car Seat Headrest (Seattle, WA via Leesburg, VA, @carseatheadrest), The Claypool Lennon Delirium (@seanonolennon), FEWS (Malmo, Sweden, @fewsmusic), Levitation Room (Highland Park, CA, @levitationroom), Spray Paint (Austin, TX), and Summer Cannibals (Portland, OR, @SCannibalsBand).
