"480 Minutes" 9/8/06

Many thanks to Cloud Cult, Hijack the Disco, and Radius who all performed at Monday's BAGeL Radio Presents... show at Bottom of the Hill, and thanks to the many of you who showed up to make the night a success.

Today's show will feature new music including Sally, Bedouin Soundclash, Nobody & Mystic Chords of Memory, Only Son, and Joseph Arthur. There will also be some old, old, old, previously unreleased R.E.M. material. For some of you below a certain age I understand that the idea of R.E.M. having ever been an "indie" band (both popularity-wise and sonically) is kinda hard to fathom. I will do my best to explain it during the show.
