"480 Minutes" - Summer Is Here!

For those of you who think you need to be in the San Francisco Bay Area to listen to BAGeL Radio, listen up: you don't.

Tune in from any net-connected device by clicking the yellow "Play" button above or browsing to:, or if you are on the move you can also stream the station on your pocket computer (aka smartphone) using an excellent application called Pocket Tunes.

Before we get to this week's new tunes a reminder that next Wednesday 6/3 is The Rumble, the monthly indie rock dance night I DJ at Harlot (46 Minna Street, SF). The June Rumble features guest DJs Band of Skulls plus Yoni of WHY?, plus live intimate mini-sets by Band of Skulls (London, England) and Apteka (Chicago, IL). To experience that amazing night you will indeed need to make your way to the Bay Area. Airline tickets are down in price, just bring your own oxygen or you may get hit with some nasty hidden fees.

Today's show includes new music from BAGeL Radio favorites Art Brut (London, England), Bike For Three! (Belgium & Canada), Busdriver (Los Angeles, CA), Deastro (Detroit, MI), Downtown/Union (Eagle Rock, CA), Elvis Costello (London, England), Jeffrey Lewis & The Junkyard (New York, NY), Liechtenstein (Göteborg, Sweden), Love In October (Chicago, IL), Mississippi Man (Fullerton, CA), Passion Pit (Cambridge, MA), Phoenix (Paris, France), Polly Scattergood (London, England), Raised By Robots (San Francisco, CA), and Rubies (Santa Barbara, CA).
