The countdown will reach #1 at approximately 1:15 p.m. Eastern Time, and this year the "unmanned" portion of the show (post-5 p.m.) will stretch to four hours instead of usual two to accommodate even more of the great songs released in 2013. Yes, this will be a 12-hour show. All 2013 music.
