As you may know we've been waylaid by a flood that destroyed our Queens NY basement broadcast studio. The entire basement filled with 3 feet of water in about 20 minutes. So that's what they mean by "flash flooding!" Since before 480 Minutes was called 480 Minutes there have never been 3 consecutive Fridays without a live-hosted new music show on BAGeL Radio, and it's not going to happen now.
Actually, that's a bit of bravado -- we have no idea if the makeshift "studio" that's been cobbled together will hold up, nor do we know if our frazzled host will hold up, but we're going to give it the old college (radio) try.
