Now that all of that business is behind us, welcome to the final 480 Minutes of 2012. Not a lot of submissions this time of year. While I love listening to new music and unearthing hidden gems, it's nice to have the break from that cycle. The break allows me more time for pleasure listening which this week included super high fidelity FLAC file versions of Led Zeppelin (I could listen to Bonzo's drums on "Fool In The Rain" over and over for an hour and not get bored, even by the boring bits!), some Chopin, some irreverent holiday music on the SomaFM holiday channels, and of course, BAGeL Radio!
While it is unlikely that you will hear any Led Zeppelin during 480 Minutes today, and even less likely you will hear holiday music, it is quite possible you will hear a few classic alt rock songs you may have forgotten.
