We have a few very last-minute playlist additions today, including an almost-impossibly late entry for Album Of The Year consideration, The Black Keys' El Camino. At this time of year it's pretty much all about figuring out the best songs/albums/shows of 2011, but those BKs have thrown a 10-gallon hat in the ring. Other new additions include Lovers (Portand, OR), Mark Lanegan Band (Seattle, WA), Norse Horse (California), and The Twilight Sad (Kilsyth, Scotland).
Please mark your calendars and buy your tickets: BAGeL Radio Presents... Her Space Holiday at Bottom of the Hill along with Silver Swans and City Light on Friday Saturday (yes next Friday is going to be a busy busy day around here!), December 16h, 2011. When you hear a song by any of the three bands during the live show (Fridays, 9a.m. - 5p.m. Pacific Time) today, get in touch and you might win yourself a pair of free free a-yuh I said free tickets to the show. Consider yourself alerted.

If you are listening with good headphones or speakers, access our high fidelity stream provided by SomaFM here. You can also try their most excellent pop-up player here, or buy the SomaFM Radio Player desktop app.
To see the album art and song titles while listening on your smartphone or padlet, try one of the TuneIn Radio apps -- the free one works great and the $1 one is even better (no ads, recording capabilities).
